This message is regarding an accused domestic t3rr0r!st, p3d0phi!e, & r@p!st named J03l Iv!s0n P@yñe, Jr. of the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
J03l is a s3ri@! offender of men, women & children who is actively bullying, h@r@$$!ng, & otherwise t3rr0r!z!ng me online & in real-life.
J03l is intimidatingly large in stature/weight, l3th@!!y delusional, & considered legally brain d3@d with a long history of @tt@çk!ng women & girl children they're s3xü@!!y interested in.
J03l's been @$$@ü!ting me & my family since I was a minor & they continue to t3rr0r!ze me in present day. They even impregnated my [unidentified female relative] when we were about 13 years old & they were 18 years old.
Said relative eventually terminated the pregnancy & J03l's been obsessed with ab0rt!0ñ rights/access even to present day, as visible in the content they post to their disturbing Tw!tt3r/"X" account.
J03l is so pathologically obsessed with me & my family that they st@!k3d me from Washington, DC to [REDACTED], enrolling at the same university I did during the same semesters, then st@!k3d me back to the DC Area after graduation, where it currently resides.
J03l last @$$@ü!ted me at a federal facility in [REDACTED].
The compound effect of J03l's unending h@r@$$m3nt of me is debilitating illness that prevents me from being able to support myself independently. Their online behavior has recently begun to increase in severity, triggering my excruciating [REDACTED], for which the main symptom is uncontrollably vomiting bl00d to the point of needing hospitalization.
Circa [REDACTED], someone known and/or related to J03l--[REDACTED]--brutally s3xü@!!y @$$@ü!ted me, during which my egg cells were obtained. [REDACTED] used these stolen egg cells & his own sperm cells in the creation of an untold amount of embryos used to impregnate couples known only to [REDACTED] himself.
As far as I'm aware, J03l has a vasectomy stemming from when they @tt@çked me & [unidentified female relative] as minors at our C@th0!iç high school in [REDACTED] circa [REDACTED] by w3@p0n!z!ng themselves & their social circle against us to the point of s3xü@! @$$@ü!t. However, any children they might have around them at the moment could very well be my & [REDACTED]'s biological kids, too.
Local & federal authorities have already been alerted to J03l's grossly offensive on- & offline conduct & civil litigation against J03l is pending for continuing to h@r@$$ me to present day.
I fear for my life & safety around J03l P@yñe, Jr. & am disappointed that they seemingly continue to work & collect paychecks while actively t3rr0r!z!ng me to the point of physical illness & disability.
