Respondent regularly commutes between New York City & Washington, DC; used to openly brag about taking frequent trips abroad.

Respondent actively sabotaged the petitioner's work prospects at [REDACTED], as well as forcing petitioner to work in an extremely racist, hostile & traumatizing work environment amongst colleagues who continue to h@r@ss petitioner to present day.
Incident A:
On this date, the respondent essentially fired the petitioner after having recently interviewed her for a higher-paying permanent role at their shared workplace, [REDACTED].
This blow to the petitioner came after nearly three years of the respondent extending the petitioner's work contract in bizarre, three-month increments.
Due to the @bü$es suffered by the petitioner while working on a team managed by the respondent, the petitioner now suffers from a chronic, severe, & disabling gastrointestinal disorder that she is currently seeking disability payment for.
This is after having been forced to stop full-time work due to the severity of the petitioner's symptoms.
⚠️ From a formal complaint submitted to the respondent's (former) place of employment ⚠️
During my time as a federally-contracted web developer for [REDACTED], I was @bü$3d, h@r@ss3d, & discriminated against by three [REDACTED] employees by the names of [REDACTED #1], "Becky," & Tr@ci "Take a Leap Off a Building" L3@ph@rt.
[REDACTED #1] was a coworker & teammate of mine; Becky was the manager of our team. Tr@ci is a human resources (HR) representative with [REDACTED] who I strongly suspect is enabling Becky's @bü$!ve workplace behaviors.
There was only one other, older Black woman on our team besides myself named [REDACTED #2]. I noticed from the very start of my contract with [REDACTED] just how differently [REDACTED #1] treated the both of us; she'd show respect & deference to [REDACTED #2]--whose work rarely, if ever, overlapped with hers--but would always address me condescendingly.
If I asked for guidance concerning a task I was assigned, [REDACTED #1] always gave me a sharp response, sometimes talking down to me like this on our daily team call.
Once, before a team meeting, [REDACTED #1] tried to make small talk by mentioning that her (ex-)husband, R!ch, can't tell the difference between the entertainers Beyoncé & Rihanna 🤨
She proceeded to laugh hysterically at this; I was the only Black person present at this particular meeting & literally no one else at the table was laughing--or even reacting at all 😵💫
[REDACTED #1] is originally from Louisiana & was educated in Mississippi. She and the intern our manager "Becky" hired, [REDACTED #3], would chat & bond about having attended Mississippi colleges & having been s0r0r!ty girls before our morning meetings.
It was during one of these meetings that Becky randomly boasted about being good friends with [REDACTED #3]'s aunt, basically openly admitting to having engaged in nepotism to fill the competitive & hard-to-staff intern spot on our team.
Becky was *frequently* prone to such outbursts; she once said that, as a girl, people used to "mistake [her] for a member of the Jackson 5" 🤦🏾♀️
One day she even compared herself to J3$ü$ Chr!$t, saying how proud she was of her married name because

Despite their treatment towards me, a younger Black female with an Ivy League degree, I got the distinct sense from these two women ("Becky" + REDACTED #1) that if I were a Black *man* with my same credentials, they would be trying to sl33p with me instead of sabotage me 🥀
I am aware that both women share one of their children's fathers; that man's name is [REDACTED #4].
He, himself, is a YT-presenting Black man; I mention this to bring awareness to the fact that the racist & s3xü@!!y offensive women named above are both mothers to partially Black children 👀⚠️🚨
The way Becky exclusively fawns over her child with [REDACTED #4], one would *never* guess she had an older girl child, too:

I can't imagine the horror of growing up biracial with covert n@rc!ss!st & racist mothers like [REDACTED #1] or "Becky" 😱💔
If that wasn't disturbing enough, by the end of my contract with [REDACTED] I was being hospitalized every few weeks or so for what turned out to be [REDACTED], a chronic gastrointestinal disorder where one of the main symptoms is uncontrollably vomiting blood.
Doctors say there's no cure for it & have no clue how someone my age came to develop this disorder--outside of the immense stress & t3rr0r I was experiencing in my daily work life, that is 🔥
I was actually being treated for [REDACTED] when I received news that Becky passed on my application for an open slot on my same team, doing similar work but for more pay 💸
I had an inkling I wouldn't get the role; Becky showed up nearly 30 minutes late to my interview for the position 😒⏰
Once she arrived, I tried to engage Becky by mentioning how we both have English degrees yet work in IT, a segue into how my creativity & drive would be an excellent match for the role.
[REDACTED #5] & St@cy "Appropriates Latin Heritage" B00th were my other two interviewers that day; they both nodded & took notes as I spoke--whereas Becky just sat there with an exasperated look on her face, like she desperately wanted to be elsewhere.
I mentioned to Becky during the same interview that I'd contacted Tr@ci L3@ph@rt, a [REDACTED] HR representative that Becky advised me to ask any questions of regarding employment at [REDACTED].
Tr@ci & I are both Black females, but I also got a chilly reception from her.
Tr@ci mentioned several times during our *very* brief phone chat how she was "only talking to me" because of her relationship with my manager, Becky, & to "not expect any kind of additional help" or "inside information" on applying to roles at [REDACTED] from her.
I have a reputation for being very professional & respectful, particularly when informationally interviewing people for job roles I might be interested in.
I'm not sure where Tr@ci's attitude comes from but I strongly suspect that she is working behind the scenes to ensure Becky--and by extension, [REDACTED #1]--never leaves the job position OR the agency she's currently in.
In addition to my diagnosis of [REDACTED], the collective behaviors of [REDACTED #1], "Becky," & Tr@ci L3@ph@rt have compounded my case of [REDACTED].
To this day, I experience disturbing nightmares about my [REDACTED] experience & recently had to start taking a medication specifically to control my dreams, as the nightmares were impacting the quality of sleep I receive.
It's incredibly triggering to me as a survivor of workplace discrimination to know these so-called women are still employed with (?) & being promoted by [REDACTED], & thus able to continue their racist, sexist h@r@ssm3nt campaigns for however many more years to come.

⚠️ Addendum to the original formal complaint ⚠️
I have a medical card used in treating my debilitating symptoms of [REDACTED]. During my time on the [REDACTED] contract, I attended an after-work team event at a nearby bar/restaurant. After I left the function, I realized I'd left my debit card behind & drove back to retrieve it.
It appeared that most of the other attendees had also left once I entered the restaurant, except for [REDACTED #1] & a gay YT male associate of hers from an adjacent team named "[REDACTED #2]."
I encountered them on my way to the bar to get my debit card & briefly explained to them why I'd returned to the venue.
[REDACTED #1] and [REDACTED #2] sort of chuckled to themselves; it was clear they were tipsy or drunk. [REDACTED #1] proceeded to ask me if I smoke when I drink, to which [REDACTED #2] replied he "can't separate" the two; they go "hand-in-hand" to him.
Confused, I replied "Sure" & continued to the bar to get my debit card & leave.
The next day during our team's daily call, our manager "Becky" made an obvious point of randomly mentioning the perceived health benefits of CBD.
She & one of my coworkers, L!nds@y "H3rm@phr0d!te" D!0kn0, commented on the friends & family members of theirs that use the substance; L!nds@y said it "did wonders" for her friend's dog.
[REDACTED #1] sat through this meeting with a smug look on her face, silently glaring in my direction the whole time.
The following day, "Becky" called an in-person meeting between her, myself, & [REDACTED #1] right after our daily call ended.
I didn't know what the meeting was regarding, but I'd recently started my contract with [REDACTED] & really needed the money & job experience at the time so I was anxious.
During this meeting, Becky asked [REDACTED #1] if she had "any concerns" with me or my work product; again, [REDACTED #1] was my *coworker* & Becky was our *manager.*
[REDACTED #1] exploded with rage towards me, never really answering Becky's initial question & eventually storming angrily out of the room we were in.
Shocked, I looked over at Becky, who asked me what salary rate I'd like to basically endure [REDACTED #1]'s continued @bü$e.

This was the last day of the petitioner's nearly three-year-long work contract at [REDACTED], after having been rejected for a higher-paying permanent role she'd recently interviewed for with her & the respondent's team manager, "Becky."
The respondent typically sat like a lump on a log--& just as silently & emotionlessly as one--during their team meetings, but his ears perked up & his demeanor visibly changed during the last few days of the petitioner's work contract when their team supervisor, L@ür@ "Loose Lips Sink Ships" Sh!pl3y, announced the petitioner's as-yet-undiagnosed private healthcare information to the entire team that morning.
For the remainder of that intensely awkward meeting, the respondent glared quizzically at the petitioner--the first time in nearly three years that the respondent had *ever* looked in the petitioner's general direction.
Respondent Unique Features:
Respondent claims to be from California & of Hispanic heritage, but otherwise presents as a complete YT American (i.e., can't speak Spanish; admitted in mixed company to not being able to make a dish as simple as tacos, etc.).
Respondent claims alleged Latin heritage to infiltrate social circles & public institutions (under Affirmative Action regulations), despite having *zero* ties to Latin culture--or *any* culture, outside of YT American culture.

Respondent is a racist individual & r@p3 ap0l0g!st, insultingly claiming Hispanic heritage despite otherwise knowing nothing about Latin culture & literally looking the other way (or sometimes joining in herself) as the respondent & petitioner's work colleagues t0rm3nted the petitioner to the point that the petitioner now suffers from a chronic & debilitating gastrointestinal disorder.
Incident A:
This was the last day of the petitioner's nearly three-year-long work contract at [REDACTED], after having interviewed for (& subsequently rejected from) a higher-paying permanent role at [REDACTED].
The respondent was one of the people (another being the respondent & petitioner's team manager, "Becky") who interviewed the petitioner for the role. Despite what the petitioner had assumed was good rapport with the respondent throughout the petitioner's time on the contract--including the failed interview--the respondent's demeanor towards the petitioner turned icy the closer the petitioner got to her last day at [REDACTED] for unknown reasons.
Incident B:
Disturbingly, near the end of the petitioner's work contract at [REDACTED], the respondent as well as a coworker of theirs named J3r3my "Germy" M@gn3r became pregnant with baby boys they both later named "J@cks0n," seemingly in honor of the maiden name of the coworkers' shared team manager, Becky.

Respondent & petitioner are cousins & share a Filipino grandmother in common. Despite the familial relationship, the respondent refuses to acknowledge the petitioner as a person of Asian descent.
Respondent claims to be a University of M@ryl@nd - C0ll3g3 P@rk graduate; at least two of the respondent's work colleagues--including her co-worker [REDACTED #1] & their team manager "Becky"--share a child's father in [REDACTED #2], also a UMD - C0ll3g3 P@rk graduate.

Respondent once casually mentioned that she told someone with a food allergy to consume said food when they were children, & that because the person "didn't d!e" after doing so, food allergies are "basically a myth." Respondent would enthusiastically join in when other teammates of theirs would g@ng up on & t3rr0r!ze the petitioner, to the point the petitioner now has a chronic & debilitating gastrointestinal disorder.
Incident A:
This was the last day of the petitioner's nearly three-year-long work contract with [REDACTED], after having interviewed for (& subsequently rejected from) a permanent role at the agency. In the week prior to this day, the petitioner & respondent's team supervisor, L@ür@ "Loose Lips Sink Ships" Sh!pl3y, had loudly announced to their colleagues that the petitioner was suffering from an as-yet-undiagnosed gastrointestinal issue that causes her to vomit blood. The respondent's eyes lit up at the announcement of the petitioner's private healthcare information; after the announcement, she proceeded to pepper the petitioner with invasive personal questions about her (the petitioner's) health, right up until the petitioner's last day in the office.
