My triple OG ancestor Fr3d@ was essentially the straight-woman to her mama C@rr!e & their family’s nonsense.
Fr3d@ was a world-class entertainer in her own right, though in a very different way than her mother. Fr3d@’s charm was genuine, whereas her mama’s was super glib.
Nowhere in C@rr!e’s definition of a Bad B!tch were the words “good mother,” & Fr3d@ paid the price most dearly.
They were at odds most of Fr3d@’s life, mainly due to C@rr!e’s unchecked n@rç!$$!$t!ç personality disorder.
Fr3d@ was raised mostly by her older sister Wi!!ie M@e, not knowing very much about her personal background--other than their mom led a free-wheeling lifestyle that frequently left the girl in the care of older siblings & extended family.
Fr3d@ was left on her own so often, she eventually became a ward of the state. That never stopped C@rr!e from tracking her down & rescuing her from foster care--each time with a new, different kid of hers in tow.
One of these times, C@rr!e popped up with a little bad a$$ YT-presenting kid who would *not* stop proclaiming his Blackness… or raising complete h3ll 🔥
Fr3d@ didn’t think much of it at the time:
When not incarcerated or on the road for work, C@rr!e could usually be found with somebody’s child, if not one of her many own.
As it turns out, the boy was Fr3d@’s full--not half--little brother, though the siblings looked nothing alike.
...Immediately, Fr3d@ wondered who their dad was.
C@rr!e never said definitively who sired Fr3d@, dy!ng with that info circa the late-1950s. After Fr3d@’s last stint in foster care, though, C@rr!e whisked the girl & her YT-presenting little brother away to be raised by C@rr!e’s new (at the time), wealthy German employer & lifestyle sponsor, K@rl.
K@rl LOVEDDDD him some C@rr!e, though his YT wife W@lbürg@ felt otherwise 🥴
K@rl’s family was known the world over for their agricultural business, but even in his extensive travels, K@rl had never come across someone as captivating as C@rr!e… that is, until their daughter Fr3d@ came to live with them.
K@rl essentially trained his young YT-presenting Black son J0s3f to be as completely obsessed with a very specific type of Black woman as K@rl, himself, was.
I mean, I get the hype. But neither C@rr!e *nor* Fr3d@ was a “typical” anything, much less a typical Black woman.

As an adult, Fr3d@ wound up adopting several children, though--thanks to her dad & little brother’s genetic experimentation--she “naturally” had her own fair share of progeny, just like her mama C@rr!e, that were mostly delivered via surrogacy.
Fr3d@ wasn’t even aware her dad & brother did this with her DNA until it was far too late. Her brother eventually sent her on a global quest to track down all her/their relatives born via this process, like some kind of sick game.
One of the many, many kids born this way turned out to be a doozy of a child by the name of C0ñst@ñçe…
