Respondent Unique Features:

Respondent is a c0nm@n luxury car mechanic, bilking his female customers, especially, out of literally thousands of dollars to have their vehicles serviced. Even then, the work performed is shoddy, grossly unprofessional, & potentially lethal to his shop's "customers"/victims.

W3@p0ñ Type:

Respondent has a volatile, misogynistic personality & hair-trigger temper, as evidenced by his now-former receptionist, who nervously informed a customer that the respondent had recently gotten into a verbal & physical altercation--with his own son--at the shop itself.

The respondent also had a long-term intimate relationship with one of the petitioner's elder relatives that was frequently marred by intense bouts of physical vi0!3ñçe, requiring said relative to endure numerous hospitalizations & surgeries to fix the damage of.

Incident A:

Respondent is a fraud & seemingly just in business to take very large amounts of people's money. His line of thinking appears to be, "Since they already drive a luxury car, let me charge them luxury prices"--but for *extremely* unprofessional, *grossly* s3xü@!!y offensive, & *deeply traumatizing* service & treatment.

Incident B:

Respondent's former receptionist told the petitioner in a concerned, hushed tone that the respondent had recently gotten into a verbal & physical altercation with his own son, at the car shop itself, in broad daylight.

Petitioner later recalled a female relative of hers having "dated" the respondent for a period of time in the past, a relationship where the petitioner's relative incurred such physical damage to her face & body that the relative was forced to undergo multiple reconstructive surgeries to fix the immense damage the respondent caused.

Incident C:

In addition to vi0!3ñt!y handling his family problems at work, the respondent *also* overcharges his customers by exorbitant amounts--especially if they're female; bucks back at the customer when the customer tries to use the pointless & inefficient "coupons" *the business itself* sends out to clients; & openly talks condescendingly about his staff, other customers, & even his own family members, seemingly to anyone who will listen to the respondent's deranged, angry rants.
